The brand “Oscar Tausig” (O.T.) goes back to 1920 when it was launched by Mr. Oscar Tausig.  Since 1983 it’s part of The Spice Factory.

Oscar Tausig covers a broad range of products intended for the meat industry. Our typical O.T. customers are traditional butchers, industrial meat transformers, manufacturers of prepared meals, etc.

The Oscar Tausig products differ substantially from those of the The Spice Factory brand. With the exception of a few “pure” herbs and spices and some classic mixtures, Oscar develops recipes at the request of his customers. These unique mixtures are the fruit of a long tradition, unparalleled expertise and great flexibility with regard to the needs of the customer.
